Tech Secure and Tech Alert Review

I receive calls everyday from callers with various foreign accents identifying themselves as Franky, David or various other common American first names, and they tell me I have a computer problem which they want to fix by having me do things to my computer. They also told me I paid $280.00 for their service in January, which is false, and that they are following up on a routine computer check pursuant to that service. A quick Google search indicates that these scams have been going on since last year. Why haven’t these people been shut down and put in prison yet, and what can I do to help make sure that happens quickly?
