I had a problem with my computer and called up Microsoft tech support which transferred me to this tech support agent. They fixed my problem and I even called twice and they answered. I paid $179.00 for the 3 years tech support service in order for me not to be paying everytime would call and ask for technical problems with my computer. Now, I am experiencing an unusual problem with my computer and I couldn’t reach the number anymore. It a disconnected number. That’s how I knew that this is a scam. I don’t understand why Microsoft company would allow this to happen. Everytime you call Microsoft for technical assistance, it leads you to person that is so willing to help your computer problem and will say that they are contracted by Microsoft for their technical support. Then, they’ll ask you if you’d like a 3 year tech support for so much or a one time payment that is more than equivalent to 3 years services. How do we resolve this problem? I will refer this matter to a lawyer and have Microsoft take responsibility on these matters. Because how the hell do we get into these kind of scams if only they just direct us to the real Microsoft tech support. I wouldn’t know where or which companies do they allow to work for them.
