Imposter Review

Call claiming to be Windows Tech Support and want to help remove infections from my computer. Insistent, belligerent and calls multiple times (close to 10X now). Claims to be from the company Claimed calling from Salt Lake City but the company named is from CA. Has the code from the back of my computer so I suspect that there was a data hack of Dell computer customer service. All callers are foreign with (Indian?) accents but with ***** names like Clyde, Adam, etc.Attempt to show you there are warnings in your computer (but the information is really normal info), and then initial caller turns over to another "tech" who attempts to get credit card information and to take control of your computer in order to actually infect it so they can charge you to remove those viruses or malware. They get very insistent and nasty when challenged.
