Technical Support of Windows Review

I just got a call on my cell phone from someone claiming to be "from Technical Support of Windows" and telling me that my "computer is sending error messages due to viruses and I would help you fix it". I hung up. I researched this and it’s a scam to get you to download malicious software from ‘their’ website and then charge you to fix the problems their software will cause.
