I ordered two Christmas gifts from Tee11.com on 11/26/16. They charged my account immediately – and I still to this day, 9/26/17, I have not received anything. No refund, no t-shirts. I have contacted customer support numerous times and never received a response. The company sent two emails stating that they were behind on orders, but they never sent anything or responded to customer support emails. I have researched online and every other customer out there has said the same thing – they never received any product. This is unfair and not right! This company owes thousands of customers refunds and I demand that action is taken against them.
