Texas Sport Spine Pathway Practice Management Review

Received a bill for a co-pay. The medical practice in question closed a year ago. When we went there, we had to pay our co-pay each visit before services would be rendered. The bill said my insurance company said I was responsible for the co-pay. I called my insurance (Tri are Insurance) & they sad they thought it was a scam and suggested I contact the ScamPulse.com & police.
