I ordered a a Harry Potter acceptance letter package from an online website on January 28, 2019. I got an email from the company on March 5, 2019 saying my product was shipped and would arrive in 5-10 days. I never received anything so I went to their website and it was down and under construction. I emailed them July 18, 2019 and never received a response or my item.
