I ordered a ride on dump truck on 12/14/2018 with guaranteed delivery before Christmas. The day after Christmas I contacted them via email as they do not provide a phone number asking for details on my order. On 12/27/2018 they notified me the order was on back order and their supplier was not providing any additional information and could be shipped that day or in 3 months. I at that time cancelled my order and requested a refund. On Jan 4 2019 and Jan 21, 2019 I sent follow up emails requesting an update as the refund had not been returned to me.The response I have received both times is that they have “systematic procedures” on their end before they can process the refund. I have refrained from filing a complaint with my bank as they have in previous complaints used that as an excuse to not pay and it seems like that works for them. I have not disputed the charge with my bank yet. But they are really leaving me no other choice. This action and their response appears to be common. I wish I had done more research before attempting to make a purchase from this company.
