The Center for Back Pain Review

I received a mailer saying there was a special notice for Medicare and insurance information. It was delivered by The Center For Back Pain. They wanted to speak to me about my eligibility for a proven Medicare and insurance back support system. I talked to someone at the 800 number, she wanted my Social Security number. I didn’t give it to her.
