The Distribution Center Review

Caller contacted our business talking fast stating that she had an update for our copy machine. I asked what kind of copier we had. She immediately said "Xerox" (incorrect.) She stated that if I would give her the model number that she could provide download/update. I asked her what precipitated the call. She became sarcastic and asked me if this was "20 questions."
