My husband placed an order on Dec.8th 2017 for a Hover Board for our 6yr old grandson for Christmas. We have not received the product. I contacted them by email for a refund in January. I received a reply back the that request for a refund had been received. But that’s it. I have not received any more emails and the phone number is a google phone number that says the mail box is full and you can’t leave a message.
