The Social Community Grant Review

I received a message from Messager, which I use for Facebook, for a friend request from someone I know. Then I got the come-on to apply for "The Social Community Grant within conjuction of The World Bank. I applyed & within minutes I received a grant for $50,000. I kept them messaging back in forth with to get as much information as possible. the phone number comes back near the town/city of Colebrook,VT. I was text with the offer. I have not said yes fully yet. I think the person that I know, was not who messaged me on Messager. I am Fort Wayne, IN.
