Ordered three sets of AirPod Pro on December 4, 2019 from thefactoryoutletshop.com. Cannot get a tracking number and just receive one email response after another that they’ll be getting back to me soon. Ask for a refund five times. They said they don’t give refunds and apparently they don’t give tracking numbers either. Now they say everyone in their warehouse is on “leave” until January 6, 2020. They refused to send product, refuse to send tracking number and refused to refund. (The company is supposedly located in Australia).
