They tell you its an unlimited booze cruise for $75 per person but the event does not start on time, ends early, the overabundance of people allowed on the boat was beyond capacity and therefore you could not get anywhere near the bar to get a drink so the unlimited is a joke, esp when it takes you 1.5 hours to get a drink, they tell you up front no refunds and that should have been the hint. Some people paid for tickets and didn’t even get on the boats. They make you pay thru a third party ticket place and easily a hundred people reached out to them after the event for their money back (they have compiled a list of unhappy customers due to the amount of people that reached out to them the day after the event), it was awful, unorganized and easily a scam. Multiple people put reviews on the FB page which was immediately deleted and people were blocked so that they can continue to scam more people into getting tickets for the next couple cruises. I have 16 pages of people that were extremely unhappy about the 90’s booze cruise and the entertainment group won’t reply to emails, they have no address or phone number listed for the business so we can’t officially complain to BBB. I went with a group of 13 and we were all very upset about the false advertising of the event and how bad it ran. ***** ***** ******* finally reached them and they were authorized to give us back $15 of the $75 we paid per person which is a joke, I don’t care about my money I paid but we need to warn the public and make them stop selling tickets for this scam and I just don’t know how or who to reach out to.. news media? I’ve told FB its a scam, I’ve told ***** ***** ******* its part of a scam not knowingly, etc.
