Top Shelf Car Service and Boat rental Review

I had wanted to make a reservation on a website for a boat rental. Reagan asked me to send the money via venmo to reserve the date and the boat, more than 3 weeks in advance. I then decided not to use his business, so called him to discuss. He continued to tell me that this is how his business operates (like a scam). He did not refund my money, but took me off his books, so I no longer have the reservation, which is still 15 days away from today. He is not running a legitimate business, and is probably not providing this income for his taxes, since he is asking for money via venmo. The address listed on this website is also not legitimate.
