My brother-in-law had passed away so I looked online for a florist that services the Payson Arizona area. I called them on their 888-414-3800 number. The lady that took my order got so many things wrong. I never got a receipt so I called and she had the wrong email address. I never got the emailed receipt. I called again and she was finally able to get it right. I noticed my brother-in-laws last name was spelled wrong. I called again. She said she wrote it done correctly this time. I spelled everything out to here and yet she still got it wrong. The funeral was on Saturday and my sister-in-law asked what time the flowers were supposed to be there. I had told them that the service was at 3 and I wanted them delivered no later than 2. I called. No answer. I sent an email on Saturday telling them I was getting worried. No reply until Sunday morning. I called Troys and got a lady that said they couldn’t get them delivered on time. WHAT????? Why didn’t they call????? Anyway, my sister-in-law verified the flowers we ordered never came and we let the lady at Troy’s know. She said she could deliver the flowers to the family’s home. They were for the SERVICE, not the home. We asked for a refund and she said it would take 2-4 business days. We told a few people in our Sunday School class and they said we should call our credit card company. As soon as we got home from church we called the credit card company and made a complaint. They put a temporary credit on the card. I have never ever had a problem like this in my life. Very disappointed in some of these people out there trying to scam people. After reading some of the same complaints I decided I would also go ahead and file a complaint with the BBB. Hopefully somebody will be able to put these thieves behind bars or at least put them out of business.
