I called a help desk that I thought was Micro Soft with a computer problem. I did no know it was not Micro Soft until the end of the conversation and the fee was 99.00 it was for a five year subscription. The following day my computer would not boot up properly and I called the help desk of the computer manufacturer who informed me that the operating system was corrupted. I lost everything on my computer because I had to do a reset. When I contacted the company back they denied causing the problem. I called the credit card company to file a dispute and they called the company and they did not have a record of my payment. The credit card company gave me a credit of my 99.00. I have received many calls (as many as four a day) from this company claiming my computer is infected and they can help fix my computer. They are very annoying and will not stop calling.
