Ultimate (or Altimite) Solutions Review

Person keeps calling saying our computer is at risk and every time we turn it on an infection is affecting our personal and document information. The caller said his name is Peter Forest, and that Microsoft contacted this business to take care of the virus, he wanted access to our computer. This person said his company is Ultimate (or Altimate) Solutions in California, not sure of the exact business name because he has a heavy East Indian accent. He has been calling for the last two days, September 1st and 2nd. We confirmed with the company that works on our computer and they confirmed it had to be a scam because the security program we use would have notified us of an issue.
