United Court Services Review

They claim to be collecting a balance due for Advance America. I hada a payday loan for Advance America in 2006. They pop up their ugly heads to try to collect this every once in awhile. they used to phone in 2010 stating they were going to throw me in jail calling my relatives even if their numbers appeared on a no call list. I don’t know how they got my address but I don’t want them to get my phone number or start calling my family again. The initial balance due to Advance America was written off by the company not sending it to collections. Please advise them that I researched the courts in their town and there is no such case #******** for the amount of 959.52 in the Westminster court system.
