United nation grant Review

I received a message from my cousin in fb messenger. He asked me if I had heard of the United Nations Grant. I said no and he told me that they really gave him $100,000.00. Now I normally wouldn’t have gone for this but this cousin is a former police chief and very reputable. Plus I really need the money and he knew that. So he gave me the phone # and I texted it. Then he was very nice and explained how it worked and he further explained that the $1000.i had to give was for delivery fees. I was instructed to buy 10 amazon cards for $100 each. Once I got them take a pic of the scratched card and the receipt. Then 65,000. Check will be issued 6 hrs later.
