United Nations Funding Program Review

I was sent a message by text from a person I had not spoken too in several years. The text message was telling me about United Nations Funding Program. The program sent me a funding list with several options for receiving a large sum of money. I received a claim number and a ticket number. They say they do not use a courier but I have to pay a case file, tax and clearance fee, and delivery fee charges. The lowest prize option was $750 for $15,000 or pay $1000 for $25,000, $1500 for $50,000, or $2,000 for $750,000, or $4,000 for $100,000, or $5,000 for $150,000 or $6,000 for $180,000 etc.
