UPS Imposter Can you hear me Phishing Scam Review

I was at work and the office called to tell me there was a person on line 1 from the post office. When I answered he said asked his name was Rob or Robby from the post office, is this (my name)? When I said yes we were disconnected. the next day it happened again except they said it was Michael Rogers they were from UPS. Again they asked is this (my name)? When I said yes. I was disconnected again. I instructed the receptionist that any further calls for me are to go to voice mail.
