Not paying for a sellback IPad

My Complaint: Valore Books openly advertises online to buy Apple IPads for an agreed to price. I received a written quote from them to purchase my Apple IPad2 on 12/25/13 for the amount of $188.75. The agreement clearly stated that I would receive payment for this IPad within 10 days of receipt of the item. I forwarded my iPad to Valorebooks following their shipping instructions and the item was acknowledge received on 31 Dec 2013 via FedEx with a valid tracking number. It is now the 13th of February 2014 and I have never been paid for this iPad. I have sent six emails and have written letters and have contacted Valore Books by phone – and they have never answered any of my emails and have taken no action as a result of all my communications. I have also noticed that Valore Books is mentioned in countless online Scam Alerts. I have filed formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, the State of Massachusetts and the Boston City City of Boston Consumer Affairs and Licensing Office requesting action on this matter.

My Demand: Pay me the agreed to amount of $188.75 or else return my IPad2
