Customer received a letter saying she won 2nd place in a sweepstakes. The sweepstakes told her that she had to contact Walter Oni to claim the prize money. When she call the number it advises that account has been closed. The letter states she won $250,000 and that is 2nd place prize money. The letter was mailed from South Africa with South African postage.Name of the Sweepstakes: European African and US Consumer sweepstakes in conjunction with USA Departmental Stores.Letter came from Vayo Financial Inc.They say there is a processing fee of $1,750. They sent a cashiers check from $1,870.00 that should be withdrawn from Bank of America.
