Vin Check Prestige Review

They asked questions about the car that they could have answered by reading the ad. Then they asked me to get a background check and sent me a link to a random website that I didn’t click. They said they’re brother is a car dealer and recommended this report and that it shows any major accidents and if Title is clean. They told me to email them the report and when I questioned it they ignored me and just kept talking about how they hope to buy the car and have had their eye on that year/make.
