Ordered driving glasses on 10-30-17 w/3-4 delivery time. Today I placed the 3rd follow-up call. No one to escalate my concern too. No one in the US I can talk to. Support desk had no access to notes of my previous calls. On follow-up call #1 I was told items would be resent. On 2nd follow-up call (in late December) I was told they would reship with the normal delivery time of 3-4 weeks. The call today ended with the same result, no shipping/tracking information, no product has been sent. Will "re-ship" (I don’t believe they ever did ship) and I’d have to wait 3-4 weeks.
