My computer had a a screen that would not clear and a message popped up saying to call a number to correct the situation.when i called they said i would have to pay them to fix problem.i gave them permission to take a one time payment. Than i received this message: hi Mr. ****** *******,This is a final reminder from your computer support to inform you that your contract with our company for the maintenance of your computer has expired and it will be automatically renewed tomorrow for upcoming 3 years it will be charged $2000. If you want to keep the services the money would debited automatically from you account or else if you want to discontinue and cancel the services you can contact us on 347-345-0807.
