Vision Boutique

I’m new to the US system for eye doctors. I chose Vision Boutique because they were in my vision plan’s network. The staff were friendly, and the eye examination was good. When it came to choosing glasses, I was unable to ascertain the true cost of any frames, despite asking directly numerous times.

Eventually I was told my chosen spectacles would cost around $700 total, of which I would pay about $250 after my vision plan. I looked around online and ordered the exact same glasses with my prescription (and all the extra lens coatings) for $150 total, without using my vision plan at all.

I liked the place and the staff, but not enough to justify the glasses costing $550 more! That is a ridiculous mark-up, and made it pointless having a vision plan. My advice is to shop around once you’ve found the frames you like – hence the low review.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on NO-SCAM.com, it is strongly advised to avoid Vision Boutique in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Vision Boutique. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike No-Scam.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Vision Boutique is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
