While the concept and the boxes themselves are great, the service was sub par. Both my delivery and pick up were highly disorganized. They lost my contact information, for one. On the day of scheduled delivery, the boxes didn’t arrive so I called. They had no record (yet still managed to charge me two days later) and would not have delivered anything had I not called. They delivered a day later and offered a 10 percent discount.

Two weeks later, on the day of pickup, they said it was scheduled a week later. Despite scheduling and being charged the 2-week rate, they had it indicated that I was to have the boxes for another week. When I asked about it, the operator seemed confused and offered no solutions.

Again, great idea, but they need to work on their organization and record keeping.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on NO-SCAM.com, it is strongly advised to avoid Wegobox in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Wegobox. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike No-Scam.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Wegobox is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
