Lawn Care Package. Flyers Distributed. This company advertised for workers to distribute flyers in various neighborhoods. My son and his friend worked for two weeks, provided their personal information, ID, W4 was filled out. The first paycheck due Feb 24th was "delayed" and had to be re-issued, promised to be delivered with the second weeks check due Mar 3rd said to arrive by mail no later than Mar 6th. It is now Mar 8th and the contact "Terry" has stopped answering calls. When looking for the address, it was not to be found. Supposedly managing company is out of Denver, but we have no address or contact information. All communications were via cell phone, and email, a few in-person meetings with "Terry" in the areas where flyers to be delivered. Only other name we have is "Sherry" who is supposed to be Human Resources person, but we never spoke with her. What concerns us the most, aside from being out gas and wages for two weeks work for myself and at least two other employees, is for the people who may have signed up with the company for lawn services.Maybe this is a business just having trouble getting started, or maybe it is a total scam to get people to buy lawn care packages for $225 or $450 for the season, as their flyer states. I tried calling the number on the flyer, 970-549-0839, which is the same number my son had as employment contact, and received voicemail and no call back. If you received a flyer, investigate before paying any money.
