Windows Security System Review

Caller states that my "windows" program on my computer had been compromised and my info was being hacked by someone and he was going to help me. Caller then ask me to turn on my computer, it was at this time I asked for his info and stated I would verify if legit call. I asked where he was calling from and he said Hamilton. Name: Patrick Lawrence #FL5263, and asked that I call back right away. I hung up and had called him back on another land line and voice message stated line busy with option to call back. Note: caller never asked me my name to confirm I’m the right person he was to contact, or gave me any info about what info was taken. Last time I used a computer with "windows" program was 1/1/2016 – 31/1/2016. I do not have an operating /running laptop or desk top computer as I have no wifi/internet in home.
