I ordered a pair of shoes on April 11th. My debit card was immediately charged. I received a fake Chinese tracking number. Which never worked. I contacted support on April 21st and didn’t receive reply until April 29th. Saying it was a busy season for them and post office. With many typos I couldn’t really understand. Fast forward a week same thing contacted again asking for a tracking number or refund would not give me just said it’s busy. With many typos.
