March 10 I got an email from *Rhys saying 3-4 days delivery of items I inquired about plus some extras if I order my wheels from them.2. On March 12th I excitedly placed my order.3. All communication attempts (emails/phone calls) after that went silent.4. On Tuesday March 19 I finally was able to chat online with someone *(Mike). He said sorry for the delay, and that my order would be shipping out on Thursday and I will get a confirmation email.5. Called them many times on Friday, only got a recording.6. It is now Saturday March 23. I just got off of the phone with FedEx. There is currently nothing in their system destined for my house. So obviously my order did NOT ship out on Thursday as promised.I have contacted my credit card company TODAY and have disputed the charge.I am very disappointed with the way I have been treated by this company. I was deceived into placing an order with promises of extras and "lies" about delivery times. I am also very upset with the fact that after my order was placed, that all communications abruptly STOPPED. Basically I was ripped me off. If not for my awesome credit card company’s dispute resolution department, I would be probably be out $940.
