I ordered, Type: Men’s Supra TK mid shoes, color: all-black, size:8.5. What I received was color: black/white high tops size: 9.5 from the TopSupra.us website. I read the shipping instruction, return policy, and billing rules. The website clearly states that, "your credit card will not be billed until your item has been shipped." I logged onto the website a couple of times within the next few days to check on my order status which stated, "pending," however, within less than 8 hours of the online purchase, my credit card had a charge for the amount of $84.64 from "BQD ONLINE SALES TECHN BEIJING." Already the website had lied which created suspicion. I emailed the contact email address, "[email protected]" and got no response. The shipping stated to wait 5-7 days, the item will be shipped asap. The website appears misleading as if your merchandise is coming from within the continental US, when it is clearly coming from China. I contacted the seller via email and phone several times the same day I received the incorrect order. I got no response. I read the return policy and shipped the item back less than 48 hours of receiving the wrong order. The postage was $48.75(Registered Mail). So the total lost was: $133.39. I returned the Supra shoes on October 18, 2017 @ 10:52AM. It is November 27, 2017 and I have heard no response or refund from TopSupra.us. I have received the wrong shoes in color, size and even returned the item in good faith. I do not want this to happen to any other customers in the future. Please help.
