To Whom It May Concern,I just needed to share with you that I have been victimized by Yahoo Customer Service sub contracted by "www.helpme.net". October 2nd,2018, I had some issues with Yahoo mail and got hold of "www.helpme.net" who remotely surfed my computer and let me know a few minutes later that several hackers checked in my computer and my personal accounts will be compromised. They gave me three plans costing $300., $500., and $800. I chose $300. option. They rushed me to go to Walmart store to buy Google Play cards worth $300. Once payment is received, the helper was off the line. Two hours later, when I find my email issues are unresolved, I called again and got hold of another helper and his supervisor. They recognized my early payment of $300. and tried to squeeze me more payment to fix my issues. This time, I got signal of a red card and immediately asked them to refund my $300. The supervisor said he will refund my payment by mail. I do not think they will ever send me any.It is unfortunate that so many crooks are doing business in the name of big corporations like Yahoo. Provided below are contact information for the people I communicated. I am not demanding you to refund me what I paid rather requesting you if something can be done to destroy these scams."www.helpme.net"Telephone: Customer Service 855-620-0666Agent: Jay Franco Ye 1670swSupervisor: Robin StuartTel: 855-486-4888Security Code: 333666999DBy the way, I resolved my Yahoo Mail issue by a friend of mine.
